The ginger dressing on the house salad was the best I've ever had. I would return just for that item specifically. Spring rolls are vegetarian, came out hot and crispy. The seaweed salad inside of veggie roll was a little over powering IMO, I'm friend loved it! The broccoli was not overdone and had a wonderful crunch, garlic sauce was delightful too. Our server was great and helpful. We were recommended the sweet potato roll which was a huge hit! Inside is clean with plenty of seating
Hands down this place is the best Chinese/ Sushi Restaurant in Mercer County New Jersey.
Went here for lunch with friends last week. Sushi rolls were good - had the dynamo and pink lady. Friends had bento boxes that looked like good value for the $15 price. On the whole, with tax and tip, it was about $20 per person.
Food, Service, in addition to the overall Ambiance at East Sushi is levels above all other Asian cuisine oriented restaurants in the area!!! My only go to spot when I'm in the office.
By far the best General Tso's tofu I've ever had! Spicy and very crispy. As a vegetarian it can be difficult to find good dishes. East Sushi has good choices.
